Ethical, transparent micro-credit for salary earners and women-led businesses — with 24-hour MoMo disbursement, zero hidden fees, and a team that knows your name.
SignEX Capital Solutions is a community-rooted Tier 4 micro-credit institution based in Nungua Estates, Accra. We exist to close the credit gap that keeps hardworking Ghanaians from growing their businesses and managing life's unexpected moments.
Our name reflects our purpose. Boafo Ye Na — a helper is a neighbour. We deliver credit with the speed, dignity, and transparency that every borrower deserves.
Fast, flexible, and fair — designed around how you actually earn and spend.
I needed working capital fast for my market stall before Christmas. SignEX came through in less than 24 hours. No stress, no long forms. I restocked and made good profit.
Our solidarity group has completed two cycles now. Each time we get a bigger loan. The financial literacy training they gave us changed how I think about money completely.
As a teacher, I needed a salary advance for my daughter's school fees. SignEX told me exactly what I'd pay back — no hidden fees — and the money came the next day. I'll always recommend them.

SignEX Capital Solutions & Money Lending is a Tier 4 micro-credit institution headquartered in Nungua Estates, GZ-046-4521, Accra, Ghana. We are licensed under Ghana's Moneylenders Act and operate in full compliance with Bank of Ghana regulations.
Founded on the principle of "Boafo Ye Na" — a helper is a neighbour — SignEX was established to close the critical credit gap that excludes low-income salary earners and women-led micro-enterprises from formal financial services.
We are not simply a lender. We are building a phased financial inclusion ecosystem: beginning with short-term credit to build trust, progressing to solidarity group lending for women, and ultimately establishing savings-linked products and a pathway to Microfinance Institution (MFI) status.
SignEX is led by a founder-managed team committed to growing with our community. Our Year 2 staffing plan adds a Loan Officer, Finance Officer, and Community Coordinator.
SignEX Capital Solutions is committed to the highest standards of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and ethical conduct in all our operations.
No single borrower may hold more than 20% of the active portfolio. All loans above GHC 3,000 require CEO personal approval. Total portfolio reviewed weekly against capital base. 5% default provision maintained at all times.
SignEX is committed to resolving all client concerns professionally and promptly. Every client has the right to raise a complaint without fear of penalty or negative treatment.
SignEX will never use coercive or abusive debt collection methods. All collections are conducted professionally via SMS, phone call, or personal meeting. You will always be treated with dignity and respect.
Every product is designed around real cash flow realities — fast, flexible, and fully transparent.
SignEX operates a high-velocity, short-cycle micro-lending model with a phased evolution toward savings-linked lending and full Microfinance Institution status.
SignEX adapts the globally proven solidarity group lending model — pioneered by Grameen Bank and deployed successfully across Africa by Sinapi Aba Trust and Opportunity International Ghana.
Groups of 4–6 women form a peer-guarantee collective. Social accountability within the group dramatically reduces default rates compared to individual SME lending — making it possible to extend credit to women who cannot provide traditional collateral.
SignEX believes financial services must create lasting positive change in the communities we serve — not just provide capital.
Every new client receives a financial literacy orientation covering personal budgeting, responsible borrowing, business cashflow basics, and the power of consistent saving. For solidarity group members, this training is expanded to a full one-week programme before their first loan.
We regularly host community pop-up sessions in Nungua Estates and surrounding areas, partnering with women's associations and market unions to reach new audiences.
Research consistently shows that credit extended to women has a higher social multiplier: women reinvest more income into their children's education, household nutrition, and community wellbeing. Supporting women is the most effective development strategy available to a community lender.
SignEX commits a minimum of 60% of our active client base to women, prioritises women-owned businesses in product design, and recruits community coordinators from within women's networks.
Our operational catchment covers Nungua, Tema, Ashaiman, Lashibi, Sakumono, and surrounding Greater Accra communities. Our loan officers travel to clients and solidarity group meetings — rather than requiring clients to travel to an office.
We partner with local churches, mosques, women's associations, and market unions to introduce financial services and generate trusted referrals. Community events and financial literacy pop-ups are hosted regularly.
We are building a team that reflects the communities we serve — passionate, community-minded, and committed to making financial access real for the people who need it most.
SignEX is a growing institution. As we scale from our founding team into a full-service micro-credit operation, we are looking for people who share our values and want to grow with us.
